Thinking of outsourcing these to make time for other stuff. Measurments are off the top of my head so they might change a few thou once I get back to the shop and measure things. Stock to be used is 6061 Schedule 40 1.25 pipe. Part is 1.6" long over all. Daimeter is 1.465, with a 0.125(length) X 1.500(diameter) shoulder. Machine finish is fine, all measurments need to be within 0.003. Quotes to include materials, shipping to Vancouver, Canada and quanity of 10, 20 or 50.  |
