RFQ:Glass Cut Router WILLING TO PAY!

I'm looking for a person willing to spend time to design a glass scoring router similar to this one:

It doesn't have to have all the special key features but basically I need the machine to score pieces of glass from a larger piece of glass. It doesn't need any special detection systems like thickness detection or that sort. I just need it to be decently fast.

I will need plans, software,a part list, and instructions on how to build one of these. Willing to pay well for people with talent. This is my first CNC machine so I will need tutorials and lots of help either locally or over the phone.


Another thing I need help with designing is a screening device.
