Aluminum Hub Adapter (RFQ)

Hi there, I'm new to the forum, just got into designing parts for a small shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and stumbled onto this forum!!

The part I need quoted is an aluminum hub adapter, I would need 2 of them made first off and possibly more (25-50) after the initial 2 when the demand needs to be filled. I am not too concerned if it is fabricated in Canada or the US, also the finish can be bare aluminum.

What size is the "R" @ the bottom of the 59.00 Ø Bore?

the radius is same as the other cross-section "R2.00", I guess I should also mention that the smaller diameter for all 12 mounting holes (six 3.00mm and six 8.00mm) are through holes

sure it was awarded to someone from the board, price was around $60us each plus shipping, and $25us-$30us each for a qauntity of 25-50
