RFQ: Building CNC Plasma table and Machinist Died!! Need Help!

I have an unusual story..

I bought a custom Y and Z axis off of ebay from a gentleman named
Robert Underwood from TX. He made me the Z and the Y axis... but unfortunatly
the Y axis was slightly misaligned due to the machining one of the end pieces
supporting the rods that the carry the Z axis causing it to bind as it neared
the end of the travel.

He said he would take care of it and mail me a new set of end plates
but he died in Las Vegas the following weekend according to his obitutary.

What I am looking for is someone who can create me a new end plate
out of 1/2" aluminum. The plate is about 4"x 8". I am not looking for Charity.. just someone who is willing to mill a one off part for a reasonable price so I can get my CNC plasma table up and running.

I am really screwed currently...

I'd be happy to put up some pictures of thr parts tonight if that helps
further.

Mike, what about drilling the holes out larger to get some more play?

Bolt the good end, with the Z carriage next to it, then roll the Z carriage to the other end, and tighten the bolts

Or am I missing something?
