Initial Feeler - Rough Pricing for Cutting and Rolling

For now I'd like to get a rough idea if my project is feasible so if anyone can give me a very rough guesstimate I'd be most grateful.

That I'm looking at is a piece of thin stainless steel about 30" long and 2.75" wide, it would need the edges rolling (correct term?) similar to the profile shown in the attached image. I'd provide specific measurements of course but now hopefully this is enough to give a rough idea.

I would also want to cut a pattern out of the flat piece, I can provide a template or size estimate but essentially it would be outlined text approximately 10" x 1.25" overall.

Is this sufficient to get a rough estimate? Initially I'd only want two or four pieces making.

    Chris.
