What kind of money and benefits would I be looking at. I am proficient with most manual machines, program, set up, run, qualify, parts at the present location. 30+ years experience, 10 in manufacturing, and about 5 in CNC.
I am asking because the possibility of relocating may be an option
Thanks
Steve

machinist

I'm a programmer/machinist. Not much mastercam exp. Mostly esprit and One CNC. I have been machining strictly exotic materials for the last year. (Cobalt, waspalloy, inconel, duplex stainless, etc.) you can contact me at gshipley@satx.rr.com and I'll send you a resume.

Sounds like a good job.
Fairly low pay scale though.

where i am from, i have been in the industry 12yrs.
a good programmer, is worth 28$-32$/hr
an experienced cnc machinist, 21-28$
manual machinist, 15-25$
where i am now, machinists, cnc or manual are everywhere, only the good ones get the big $. if i needed someone to walk into my shop and work like a pro.(no supervision), with high quality, high presicion, i would have to pay top $ not to mention relocation allowance. i recently brought a guy in
starting at 30$ he is cnc programmer/operator.
maybe in virginia it's different pay scale. last time i was there(on the beach, i wasn't looking for jobs, not the kind were i have to work, anyway!!)

This is your lucky day, as I have stumbled onto your post here. I am the guy you're looking for, and can do your work as a self starter from my location.
Your benefits include:
1. No workers comp, unemployment, health insurance, or any other employee expenses.
2. All work I do for you is 100% guaranteed against defects!
3. I will show up (in my shop) on time, every time, and am willing to work nights and weekends, whatever it takes to get your job done.
4. 30 years experience in the trade.
5. Manual AND cnc machining experience.
6. I provide my OWN equipment!!!! And tooling, and computers and software. No equipment maintenance headaches or expenses for you, I take care of all that too!

I have CAD drawing capabilities, and CAM software to help me make your parts faster and more efficiently.
I can produce 2D prints from sample parts.
I ALSO have welding and light fabrication capabilities.

This is a NO LOOSE and a total WIN-WIN situation for you and your buisness, and it will only cost you a LOW-LOW $55 per hour for my time. I don't smoke, so I don't take smoke breaks, I take a NON paid lunch, and do not charge extra for overtime. If required, I work weekends and holidays for regular rate.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is, and I am
serious with my offer.

Please contact me at dk1machine@yahoo.com for more information.
