Looking for Advice...

Maybe I haven't given it enough time, but can anyone give me some advice on the effectiveness of this site as a tool for attracting potential employees? It seems that enough people look at the postings, but few seem to respond. Is there a better way or better place, other than the Job boards, to find good talent? Any advice would be appreciated.

As one being a potential employee I look for location, type of work, and benefits. I would post the who, what, where. It won't cost anything but might be worth a million to get the right person.
