We have a CNC table the Y axis is 3000mm, and driven by two Panasonic servo motors, one on each side. Right now it has overload and out of sync problem. It is a new machine, we think it just need some adjustment. If some is expert in this area and can offer help. please send PM. Thanks. |

| If it is a new machine, the first thing to do is contact the supplier, there are different methods for sync'ing servo's, often the encoder on one is slaved to the other. Al.
