If so, you should be aware that o-rings usually need some space for squeeze. For a .070 o-ring, I believe the groove should be around .095 wide (that's from memory). Parker has a very nice o-ring handbook that has lots of good info. I found it very handy in doing my first designs using o-rings. (Sorry if I'm wrong or out of line.) Ken

Crap..... good catch the O-Ring groove is actually .080 not .070 I mis typed it in the drawing |
