I am looking for quotes on a wire forming job. Material is 0.094" 316, passivated after bending. 180 degree bend on one end with 0.128 radius, other end to a 0.100" long sharp point. I have requested clarification on tolerances from the end customer, and for now have included a crude sketch. Quantities requested are 200, 400, 800 and 1200. Please separate non-recurring and tooling charges from piece part cost. Thanks Scott  |
