Exclamation Basic Sheet Metal Work Needed

    Hello

We are looking for a cost effective source for some small sheet metal parts.

We are putting together some early production run OEM products that we product.

We are currently looking for some simple shearing of sheet metal.

We need some 14 guage sheet metal blanks 7.644in X 2in.

    Tolarances are 2in (+0 -.03) 7.644 (+-.03)

We currently need 150 of these,

We are looking to pay $1 each in this quantity.

Yearly production goals are 36,000 units of the same

We are looking to build a relationship with a company or individual to make these and other sheet metal items in the future.

    Thanks

Are you open to stamping the plates instead of shearing? Where are you located at?

    Hello
Stamping would be fine also, as long as we can hold tolerance's and the material was not bent at the edges.

Ah....just a comment if the tolerances are +- 0.03....then you should take the dimension to three places......
