RFQ- Small diamter delrin parts

Max diameter 23.5mm, max length 27.5mm
i have attached some pics. i can provide solidworks files or just about any type of file I need to provide. I can provide fully dimensioned if needed.
i would like 2 of each but would consider more if it would really help the price. i would also like to see a price to do these on 6061 and 7075 aluminum.

for me this is just hobby level stuff, no production runs or anything like that.
Please let me know what info I need to provide.

Looks like some diff. parts You would probably do better to use aluminum, because the delrin versions are molded and not machined because of the fracture factor. Good luck.

well its possible that you are correct
i know i run some risks with the delrin design, but sometimes it takes the big risks to get the big payouts. I am also still considering an aluminum set. So far I have had several replys to this thread and am very happy. I will be getting the information out to everyone once I get home and get the drawings together.
