hello, we run small batches (approx. 100pcs per batch) of an assortment of aluminum products for bicycles and i'm having a tough time finding an anodizer to work with. the problems i'm finding: our part rarely make up the minimum order and color choices are not so good sometimes. is there anyone out there that is interested in this work? it's a pretty steady stream of these small batches. thanks for any help. there are some examples of the work we do at: www.superratmachine.com --phil

| You might try CIL anodizing in Lawrence MA. I've been happy with them. They have a $75 minimum batch change. http://www.cilinc.com/ There is also Absolute Finish. http://www.absolutefinish.com/ I remember them having low batch changes and good colors. I've been going with CIL because it is a 5 minute drive away. -Jeff |

| I do anodizing. I do a lot of automotive parts for cars and motorcycles and minitrucks. I was taught from Ron Newman. If you do not know who he is ask any anodizing web board. I was the one who helped peoplep start anodizing on the hobby level with industrial materials. My minimum charge is 40 dollars for dip and seal (anodized, colored, and then sealed). That basically means if you want it stripped, polished, deoxed and desmut, special colors, or multi colors there is added cost. If you want to show a pic of stuff then we could do a better job at getting you more help. I also provide polishing, chroming, powdercoating, and electroplating. PM me if you want more info. |

| the whole anodizing process is very interesting! although at the moment i've got my hands full making parts and am not prepared for the impending learning curve... thank you for the link, putting that one in my later projects folder! krymis, i'll get some drawings together to send to you for an idea of what we've done in the past. here's a link to our website: http://www.superratmachine.com/?cat=2 although there is no reference for size, the cable hangers are roughly 1.5x1.5x.312. thanks again --phil

| Ok, I give. How do you get big pics to load here? Everytime I try 1280x1024 pixels they won't load. Why?
