I think this would be easy on a waterjet, but wouldn't be too hard on a CNC mill. I drew it in Sketchup (www.sketchup.com) and exported to DWG - which I've included. If you prefer the Sketchup files, I can upload them as well. I need 5 of each drawing shipped to 79226. Thanks, --B |

| I'm not sure I know enough to specify. Surgical precision isn't necessary for the intended application - and if I had a mill big enough to do it on, I'd be happy with maybe +/- .005 or better if I could do it. The 4" center hole in the one plate and the 1 3/4" hole in the other plate might need to be fairly precise though, because it fits on an existing hub/spindle that is exactly 4" and 1 3/4" respectively. The plates are both 12"x12". |

| You won't get a good shaft fit with a waterjet or laser. Waterjet works well if you can ream the hole afterwards. Unless the waterjet is 5 axis, you will get taper on all the edges and holes. Waterjet can usually do +/- .010", +/-.005" is doable but harder. My $.02. -Jeff |
