Not sure if I'll actually need this part or not but I might. I'd like to get a rough idea of how much it would cost me. Here's the part description: Material 1/8" aluminum sheet. Part: Disc with 2.75" OD and a 1.2" ID hole (concentric) Six (6) .190 holes spaced evenly around a 1.875 cirle (concentric with the disc) Quantity 40 pieces That's it, thanks. You need not give me an actual quote that you have to stick by. I'm just looking for rough ideas of what it would cost because I really haven't a clue. If some other process would be more economical, I'm open to suggesstions. Last edited by sanddrag; 06-22-2006 at 11:40 AM. |

| if you need a real cost then you need to post a real print with dimensions and tolerances. you can cnc those discs as well as cut them on a waterjet. both of those options are probably cheaper than cutting with a laser. |

| sanddrag, I think I sent you a quote for this a couple of weeks ago and that time you had the material but just need the holes put in it. But if you need the hole parts done I can cnc machine them for $4.00 per part. Thanks, Neil neil@slatermachine.com Slater Machine and Tool |
