Drilled Acrylic

I need two plates, one of which is shown in the attached drawing. The other is exactly the same except for the angle the holes are drilled. The second plate needs these holes drilled at 20 degrees. The precision required is +-.003 but the hole locations need to be +-.003 from each other also. In other words if the first hole is drilled -.002 from the call out and the second hole is drilled +.002 then the distance from each other is .004 and unacceptable.

The general tolerance is +-.003, size and thickness of the plate, location of first hole, size of the holes and location and size of the ledges are within +-.003
