RFQ - CNC Routing - Apple Ply Plywood

RFQ:

CNC routing of plywood, specifically 1/2" Apple Ply plywood. 10 sets of 19 parts each. Sets are pre-nested to fit 5 sets per 48" x 96" sheets. Mostly through-cut, some dadoes and blind holes. The whole thing should be able to be done with one 3/16" or 1/4" bit.

Tolerance +/- .010". This is not a job for a shopbot. Apple Ply easily meets that specification on thickness, and should be plenty stable to keep it in length and width.
