Small, quick, surface grinding job...

I need qty 5 of 1/8" square HSS tool bits (2-3" long, 2.5" seems to be standard) ground down to different heights. The bits need to keep thier hardness, so go easy. They will be used as guage blocks.

I need: .115" .110" .100" .095" .090" (+/- .001")

The other dimension (I'm measuring .122" square on my existing bits) does not need to be ground.

Supplier to supply bits. (They are .50 each from Enco, page 51, part 383-5308).

you will find that you could buy the gauge blocks for less but at $95.00/hour I'll be more than happy to take your money try Vermont Gauge

Lakeside, These are gauge blocks for a jig that will only take 1/8" wide blocks.

If you want to quote, please feel free, but I'd need to know how much. I have no idea how long these would take to make.
