RFQ for Part

I need a quote for two parts. Don't have a drawing yet, but it is fairly simple.

Item 1:
Dimensions: 4"x4" square, 1" thick. I need a 2-1/4-14tpi threaded hole in the center center of the part, all the way through.

Item 2: same as above but with 1-1/2 by 16tpi threaded hole in the center of the part, all the way through.

Preferably all faces of the part should be machine finished. Surface quality on machined faces should be decently smooth.

I forgot to mention that the stock material will be 4130 or 1040 steel. Please quote for both.
