I have three parts I need a quote on. One part will require 200 and the other two will require 100 ea. In addition there is a 2" socket head screw that will need to be purchased and fitted to one part. Part #1: CK-pin is a .315 aluminum pin 3.3" oal with 1" of knurling. The knurling does not have to be too heavy. The knurling is for glue retention. Both ends chamfered. 200 pieces. Part #2: CK-Plt is made from .500" aluminum with a width of .400". Oal is 3.675". This piece is radiused on both ends with a .250" radius running the side of the .400 width. See drawing. There is a hole on center of the length and the .400" width that is tapped for a 1/4X??? thread. Hole must be chamfered on one side. 100 parts Part #3: CK-knob is made from 1" alum rod just cleaned on the od. Diam is not that important. This piece has a face cut, counter bore for the head of the screw and thru hole for the shank of the screw. There is also a small step cut and a .250" knurl on the large od. 100 parts plus the screw Please note: This knob has to have a 1/4X2" oal socket head screw press fit into the recess made for the head. Work may or may not have to be doen to the screw heads. That's your call. The knob cannot slip on the knob. This knob holds the plate against the two pins in an adjustable cheekpiece on a competition rifle stock. If the screw slips it can cause a dangerous situation. It must not slip. Mike

Yes Mike, I would like to take a look at these parts, but I will have to get back into the office later today to look at them. What is the time frame you are looking for these parts and a city and zip code for shipping prices. Thanks! Eric |

| This RFQ has been filled. I want to thank everyone who bid and I want to apologize to those who emailed my listed email here on the zone. I forgot about that email and never check it. My loss as some of the quotes were less than the one I accepted. I promise in the future to do a better job of setting the communication system in place so that all bids will be known. Again I apologize to those of you who did not get a chance at this due to my failure. Mike

| Hey guys this rfq is open once more. Please send all correspondence to: turnercustoms@earthlink.net PLEASE NOTE This email address has a spam filter and will send you an email telling you you will have to request to be added to the mail box. If you will put "Answer to cnczone RFQ" in the subject line you will not have to reply to the email. If this subject line is not on the email it will get dumped. Sorry but that is just the way it has to be. I would consider splitting this up into seperate part quotes if needed. Mike this rfq has been awarded
