I will make these parts for you for:
1-250 1.25 ea. + mat.
250-500 1.00 ea. + mat.
500-1000 .75 ea. + mat.

Also, I'll need a quote on the material you plan on using.

Are you planning on cutting the parts from sheet, from 1/4 inch thick by precut width strips, or whatever?

That is per part. And I will have to check out the price of the mat.
I was thinking of using 1/4 pre cut.
I will send you a price for the mat. shortly.

Can you make them one piece?

because another part slides in the groove. The pressure is applied by wave washers holding the assembly together.

It could be made in two pieces though. Parts A and B could be a single piece and part C a second piece.
