    San Antonio manufacturing guru needed

    IHI Southwest Technologies (IHI Southwest Technologies, Inc. | Providing Advanced NDE Services and Solutions For Energy and Industrial Markets) is an inspection company that builds robotics and tooling to ultrasonically and visually inspect nuclear vessels and support equipment.

    We are in the market for a manufacturing know-it-all with skills in the following realms:

    • CAD (Solidworks preferred)
    • CAM (MasterCAM for Solidworks preferred)
    • Composites
    • Welding (aluminum and stainless)


    Our shop:

    • CAD: Solidworks
    • CAM: MasterCAM for Solidworks
    • CNC: 2012 HAAS VF3
    • 2 manual lathes
    • 2 manual mills
    • bandsaws, cutoff saws, horizontal saws
    • Miller TIG welder
    • Anodizing line
    • Full electronic lab


    This job is for people who like to get creative and use there skills to build unique tooling that can't break and must be sea worthy.

    We are constantly growing and hope to expand our machine shop with a CNC lathe and more CNC mills. We make several one off parts a week right now but need someone dedicated to the task and one who is willing to take the machine shop to the next level. Relocation help is available if needed.
