    CNC Programmer/Machinist, moving to Aus

I’m a CNC programmer/machinist with nearly eight years of experience with Mastercam. Started back in 2004 with 9 and moved up to X6. I also have extensive design experience with Solidworks.

I have used several other CADs & CAMs including CATIA V5, NX, Delcam, Gibbscam, Cimatron, Surfcam and even IDEAS to various extents but I’m not very proud with them.

I program 3 axis VMCs with Fanuc, Heidenhain & Sinumerik controls, some lathes with Fanuc & Fagor and some WEDM. I can do manual G-code programming well enough but only manual programming I’m doing lately is on Heidenhain conversational where I use a lot of user-defined variables, nested loops & jumps.

I have been making a wide range of machine parts, plastic molds, cutting & forming dies on VMCs, lathes, WEDMs and EDMs for seven years. Most of the designs I do myself on Solidworks. I have designed several complete machines & relatively simple systems from ground-up.

I have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, AQF III in Mechanical Trade and recognition as Metal Machinist (First Class) by the TRA.

Just got my 175 visa last week & planning to move to Australia pretty soon.

Anyone out there down under interested in hiring such a guy please let me know.
