RFQ, 600 off MR7 Plastic Blanks

I make aspheric lenses and my customer has just upped his order from 300 per month to 600- the only way I can meet this is to sub con the blank manufacturing (which I currently do in house).

I therefore would be pleased if anyone could quote me for 600 off "Small Blanks"- flat both 'faces (roughly flat will do, I machine the surfaces anyway), diameter= 18mm, thickness= 4.5mm (tol on both these= +- 0.1mm). Material MR7 plastic (C of C required on material).

There will be further requirements for 300- 600 per month.

[Edit] Have included a piccy- this is the "Small Blank" which I currently make in house, the part on the machine is the "Big Blank" which I skim then core- drill out to get the "Small Blanks" which obviously takes a lot of time! This is the Op that I want to sub- con.[/Edit]

Material has to be optical grade as I'm making aspheric lenses out of them.
