CNC Operator and Setup/Machinist
Dynomax, Inc., a fast-growing manufacturer is looking for CNC Operators and Setup/Machinist to help produce advanced precision components on CNC turning and Milling machines. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available! Dynomax Inc. has been serving the aerospace, defense, energy and medical industries since 1986!
Shifts times:
1st Shift = 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
2nd shift = 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday (Four 10-hour days, Fridays off)
3rd shift = 11:30 pm - 7:00 am

Both operator and setup/machinist positions involve the ability to:
• Measure, count & perform quality control checks
• Log findings on AS9100 control plan
• Read and interpret blue prints and work with solid work models
• Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts
• Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously
• Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment

Setup positions involve:
• Ability to independently setup jobs
• Execute program commands to produce components to the print standards
• Collect or request programs, tooling and fixtures as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and supervise operation of equipment
• Assist in training CNC operators


Experience Requirements:
• 2.5-5 years’ experience in set-ups and operating of CNC machines for precision parts.
• Read and understand G-Code/measuring equipment
• Interpret complex blueprints as well as a variety of geometric and trigonometric principles
• Manual agility

Experience with
• CNC milling machines with 3,4 & 5 axis
• CNC lathes with live tooling
• Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
• Aluminum and stainless materials
