Director of Process Improvement CNC CHARLOTTE NC

Salary: Base from $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with bonus opportunity and full benefits.
We are looking for an experienced machinist and production specialist to join our senior management team as Director of Process Improvement. This individual will report directly to our President and have key responsibilities including:
- Work closely with our President in evaluating new business opportunities
- Oversee the Quality Control program and manage QC staff.
- Evaluate current production processes and job costs, and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in job estimation and capacity planning
Successful candidates will not only have significant experience in CNC programming, setup and machining, but also have experience in QA and designing and implementing lean production processes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and have excellent communication skills. Advancement opportunities are available.
