Would it be better if you advertised for programmers that are also willing to set up and operated the machine? When many employees "graduate" to programmer status, they rarely want to step back to machinist status.
Located in northwest ohio, we have a need for machinists that can program and setup mazak HMC mills. You MUST be able to program in a 640 fusion control. If you cannot program please dont reply.
