B-Axis Lathe Capabilities

I am a buyer for an OEM that is seeking a Machine Shop that has B-Axis turning capabilities for RFQ's. Preferably in the Southern California area but that isn't absolutely necessary.

I have a twin spindle, twin turrett machine with c axis on both spindles and live tooling, this is a 8 axis machine.
