FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN Eagle Machine, Inc. seeks qualified individual for installation and troubleshooting of CNC lathe, horizontal and vertical mills. Person must have experience and/or education in CNC controls, motion control, hydraulics and pneumatics. A good mechanical aptitude is required. Familiarity with FANUC control is a must. Individual will be responsible to adjust, install, and maintain CNC machining centers & lathes, gear machines, other equipment. Disassemble/reassemble equipment for repair, maintain machinery for efficient manufacturing. Inspect, test and analyze test results, error codes, as well as gather info from operators to troubleshoot / repair CNC machinery. Strong customer relation, problem solving, and self motivation skills are necessary. -Flexible Schedule -Ability to travel The qualifications. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred. Our work is in machine shops; it is vital for our field people to be interested in what our customers do. The Field Service Technician job requires lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying heavy toolboxes and parts, stretching, walking, and climbing, so it is important to have good eye-hand coordination and to be in good physical condition. Able to understand and troubleshoot FANUC control is a must. *You MUST have a good driving record. Salary based on overall qualifications in hands-on machine tools installation, troubleshooting, and repairs, and relevant training. May consider some relocation assistance for the right candidate..
