RFQ: Looking for someone who can make watch hands

Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone who can manufacture a set of custom watch hands for me. I have all of the dimensions and a picture of what I am looking for, but I do not have the skills to put the design in any sort of CAD software.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is some more information if it helps.

These hands will be going on a Poljot movement.

Note that the 'length' dimensions are from the center of the hole to the end of the hand.

Hour Hand:
Length: 11mm
Width: 3.4mm
Hole: 1.8mm

Minute Hand:
Length: 18mm
Width: 2.2mm
Hole: 0.9mm

Seconds Hand:
Length: 5.5mm
Width: 1.4mm
Hole: 0.7mm

Silver/Chrome trim with inexpensive luminiscent center.

Note that the 'seconds' hand I want is the power reserve on this watch. I do
not need the long seconds hand made.

I could make a Die for the kick press that would work. How many do you need? Just one set?

I only need one, but I figure it may be good to have some extras on hand while I am having them made.

Is this something that you can do? Would it help to have it in master cam as MBG can help with?

I dont use master cam (Solidworks, and Solidcam), but and Iges or even a dxf would be sufficent. It is definitally doable. I will do probably mill the punch and edm the die. I have a few mini die sets sitting around that need use lol..

Found this post on google but have been a member of the forum for a while.

Did any one ever make the custom hands? I am in need of some. Maybe a short run of 2o sets or so.
