RFQ Posting

upgrade a Fadal 4020, milling CNC, machine.

The following are the parts needed for upgrade:

PCB-0282 upgrade
PCB-0159 PCB sxs 99English
PCB-0042 Ram Expansion 4mb
ELE-0001 ridged type
ELE-0031 xyz 01045-4
ELE-0030 A or B axis 10105

The install would be near Seattle.

I don't think you will get much response, the RFQ section is RFQ for CNC work not really work ON mills.

I'd contact CNCpros.com or Fadal for a quote on the parts. Those two places and Ebay are the only places that sell Fadal parts I'm aware of.

You can probably do all of the install yourself, pull and place cards pretty much, should take less than an hour.

No but if you call Fadal in Chattsworth CA they will hook you up with a local tech. Like I said though you can do the card swap yourself. It's pretty much a plug and play affair.

You will need the rigid tap calibration pin (just a threaded rod), and the instructions to calibrate are in the manual.
