| If anyone is in need of a CNC programmer and/or CAD design/Engineer, part time or otherwise, email me at johnoly99#@#gmail#.#com remove the # for obvious reasons Experience with MasterCAM from version 9 up to current X5 series, design, router and Mill, 2D and 3D tool pathing from basic contours to full on 3D surface models. Also have experience in solidworks/CAMworks for design/CAM programming. Also, MegaCAD 2D including .CDL file creation for proprietary controls Experienced in machine set-up, repair, tuneup, cutting tool design, process improvement, etc... Lean Manufacturing training through SME/AME Theory of Constraint application Programmed, setup and ran the following CNC's Haas SL-20 CNC Lathe Mazak Nexus 510C-II EIA/ISO programming, reinshaw NC-4 optical tooling prob setup/calibration/programming, OMP-60 touch probe setup etc... Haas TM-toolroom mill WEMA CNC wood lathe Fulltech 5x12 CNC gantry style router, 4.5 axis Charmilles Wire EDM, PEPS used for the CAM side of the Charmilles. Thank you, John |
