Need A Quote- RFQ: Modified Optical lens adapter

Hello,

I am looking for a quote for this part that I want made. I only need one piece. Part should be made of aluminum (6061 or 6063) and needs to have a black anodized coating. I need it for a lighting application and need to minimize light reflections, hence the coating. I have included the drawings in a pdf file, some renders, and an STL file for 3D viewing purposes. The drawings should be self-explanatory but if anyone needs any clarification let me know.

Note: The x2 6mm-diameter outer screw hole inlets are optional and can be eliminated if it can significantly reduce costs. Thank you for your time.
