Hi everyone, I need a quote for the following:
I am currently paying $1.25/piece, so I would like to pay the same or less if possible. This is all I need for the first order, thought I will need more in the future. See attached photo for example: |

I am just checking out the types of frosted and notice that there are more than just one for white. Do you have a reference number for the type of frosted white you used last time for this product. This way I can match it as closely as possible.

As mentioned before I am currently paying $1.25 per piece. I received a quote from one person wanting over $4.75 each. That is obviously way too much and I would like to find someone who can produce these for closer to the $1.25 price I have been paying. Here are some more photos to show exactly what I need. The ring with paper on it is how I have been getting them. Once you peel the paper off they are clear. I then sand both sides to make the acrylic look frosted. I would like the new rings to be made out of frosted acrylic so I do not have to sand them by hand.

I found the frosted acrylic material and it was $150.00 for 24"x48" sheet. That's $2.08 a part just in material. I'm glad you know what you want, what I'd like to know is why you stopped having them made for $1.25 part.

This seems like a simple laser job. Why cant you take a clear sheet and sand it before you have them cut? A palm sander and some fine grit paper and you could have a whole 4'x8' sheet "frosted" in no time. Alternatively, couldnt you toss them in a vibratory tumbler with some grit? 15mins would be enough time to frost them up.
