The current manufacturer for this part has taken over 4 months to run this part for us, it's time to move on as I have customers waiting. The tolerance is tight, .001"± Part is currently made of aluminum 5052. We've had these made 500 at a time. Our current cost is $8, local pickup. We're in Kansas. We have had this cut with a laser, and milled; open to either. jrayharder at gmail.com Thanks! |
