Need this design (attached) cut out of 10 gauge or 14 gauge steel. Width is 30" height is about 20". This is the proto type, but look to order about a dozen per month once we have found the right person for the job. When you submit your quote please tell us the following: price per 1 10 gauge price per 1 14 gauge price per 5 of each approximate shipping to 65470 what file type you need for your machine what tolerance quality and finish (burns, warp, etc) should we expect? please submit bids to: maubachranch@yahoo.com thank you, Bill Maubach |

| Mr. Maubach, A few questions, do you have a vector or raster image file? I can quote this properly if we are provided a cad file. (calculate cutting time for the consumables), If this .pdf image is scaled up to 20"x30" the detail will be lost I scaled the drawing 6x to get 30" across and lost much detail (I wouldn't be pleased with it) although it will be fine from a distance. Otherwise there will be cad development time from this image, this can be accomplished. We can provide clean edges and a disc sanded surface, powdercoat, or paint, this could be done in stainless steel and be beautiful. Not being vague here, a W.A.G. estimate may be to high, the more detail you provide the more accurate the estimates will be. The more satisfied you will be with the final product. We have the Torchmate machine ready and would be able to promptly accomplish task for you. (by Friday this week). PM for more details. We are completely flexible as to your requirements. Thanks, BrianO. W.F.W San Diego, Ca.
