| Eric, Is the 1" OD dimension critical (+/- .012)? Just wondering if we could use 1" stock rod. Also, can the inside corners have a slight tool radius or do they need to be sharp?

| I am sorry I forgot to post my email eric@magrayscooterco.com though I did receive the private messages on here so that will work also. The 1" OD is not that critical so 1" stock will be fine. An M8 socket head bolt will be fastening this part so the inside corner where the larger bore ends may have a slight radius as long as it does not interfere with the bolt head having a flat surface to apply torque to. |
