    RFQ: Holddown bracket

Need a quote for an aluminum bracket.

Material is aluminum, it is a cosmetic bracket, so 6061 or similar should be fine. I've attached 2 IGES files, one with a chamfer and one without, I'd like pricing for each version. The chamfer also does not have to be as modeled, if you think you can make it better/cheaper a different way, let me know. The center groove can be done with a ball mill, probably a 3/4", again for cosmetics.

I'd like pricing for 2 and 4 prototype parts, as well as batches of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50, possibly more in the future. Machined/deburred finish, but if you have anodizing available let me know what the cost would be per unit.

If you have questions, feel free to ask. I'd like to get the parts within a month of ordering, but the schedule is flexible right now.

Do you realize that, according to your title block, you have +/-.001" all over this thing? Do you really want somebody to check a counterbore and clearance hole with anything other than calipers?

i just threw it onto a stock title block, obviously for a cosmetic upgrade part like this those tolerances aren't needed I apologize if those scared anyone off.
