I need someone to make this part out of Casting. I will start with 125-200 pcs to begin with.This part will be machine at are shop. Is anyone on this forum has a small business casting capabilities? I need Quote ASAP. Thank you.  |

| Your surface finish requirements - .25 - is that Micrometers (ground, polished finish) or is it supposed to read 25 Microinches finish (typical rough turned finish)? You are arranging the machining, is that correct? Cast ? ? Aluminum, I assume? We need more details to be able to give you a decent quote. Thanks. Just out of curiosity - why cast? The part appears to be a fairly straightforward CNC lathe job from solid stock. Am I missing something? Scott
