Hello All, I am a student working on a senior design project and was was hoping to get some rough price quotes on a few tube bending parts. I'm proving the parts in IGES format. Our budget for the project isn't crazy high so I'm trying to gauge if it would be feasible to send these parts out and save us some frustration or if we will have to do them in house. Please note that both parts are to be made from 1" 4130 with a .05 (.049, acceptable) wall. Outer body tubing should be bent and then welded at the seam. Tolerances are very loose it's just important that all the parts are the same. Please quote for 4 of each of the two parts attached. Thanks -Vadim Sabertooth WPI Robotics Blog  |
