We have an immediate opening for one CAD programmer/CNC Machinist in a full time position in our aircraft restoration shop. We are located in Cameron Park CA and specialize in restoring WWII military aircraft to airworthy condition.
We need to hire a CAD programmer and CNC machinist with proven experience in design, lay-up and production of metal components.
Position requirements include:
• Create parts in SurfCam3D CAD software using originals and/or blueprints
• Operation of Haas VF-3 CNC
• Experienced in transfer of computer CAD files to CNC and manufacture of the part
• General and long term maintenance of the Haas machine to ensure operability
• Maintenance of computer workstation and files
• Teaching basic machining skills to owner on an as needed basis.
