Not to be offensive but don't you think trying to find somebody that can program and set up for that pay range is going to be difficult?

The people I know who can set up and program and the people who program can't set up.

Although, I always know people who are looking to find new jobs. I will keep an eye out.

    job opening

If you tell me you know mastercam i will set you down in front of the PC and see what you really know. Same goes for the Haas Mill - so being able to do the work I need done is more important than a piece of paper.

    Seriously

I have to agree with a previous poster.

You are only willing to pay $18.00 max for someone with the requirements specified....wow! Even with the economy as bad as some percieve, you would have to be powerball lucky to find a fully qualified candidate for less than $22.00/hr unless you have a highly lucrative benefits package.

If you have found someone......then "Xaxis" (the Greek God of Machining) has smiled down upon you favorably.

I set up and run (2) VF3's where I work in a rural area and get $40.00 an hour.
Goo luck finding someone for that mere pay.
