Hello, We are a small underwater company in Monterey Bay, California. We designed a float to go on a small device that will pop-off an animal, float to the surface, and transmit data via satellite. I am having a hard time finding someone that has worked with syntactic foam. I have three float designs that I need manufactured. I have the syntactic foam already (HP-24).
