need a quote on these for aluminum. first batch will be about 200-250. this will be an ongoing job as more batches will be needed along with multiple slight variations to the sizing so it has the potential of becoming multiple thousand pieces a month. rough specs would be about 1" diameter for larger outside and .8" for smaller top piece. total height about .5" and the hole about .4". looking for tolerances of around .01 or less if possible. but as i said i will end up having many variations of these and for each one i will supply a more detailed image/list of measurements.  please email me at jeremy0203@aol.com with your quotes, thanks  |
