Need A Quote- Laser/Waterjet cutting

I would like some budgetary quotes on lasering or jetting this part from 1/8" Cold Rolled steel, and tumble deburred. Please quote a batch size of 20pcs, if a little more or less is more economical for piece part price let me know also. Tolerancing will be +/- 0.005" on the internal diameters, and +/- 0.010" on the internal slot shapes and outer profile surface. The image and DXF are approximate geometry, some minor tweaks will be necessary once an NDA is established and a PO is released.
