About the Opportunity

Due to exceptional business expansion, IMW Industries is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager / Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team in Chilliwack.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the machining group. A fundamental understanding of Process Improvements in equipment manufacturing is required.

In this managerial role, the successful candidate must have a strong equipment manufacturing background along with extensive experience in process automation. You will have your Red Seal Certification and at least five years experience in managing a team of over ten staff.

Proven experience using CAD CAM Software and CNC Programming language is essential. Experience with Solidworks and ESPRIT CNC Programming language is preferred.
