Need A Quote- Woodwork cnc needed

Hi,

I am looking for someone to do some cnc work in wood.

The item I want made is about 7-8" wide, 14-16" long of 3/4" mdf or wood, with a track routed into it to hold a 1.6" diameter ball.

A friend made me one by hand (picture below), however the track is not smooth enough - so I need it made more accurately.

These are to be used in an Alzheimers and dementia home to help the residents with their cognitive skills.

An initial order will probably be just 6 pieces. After that I have no idea!

The first what I need making, the second is how it should work, with a nice smooth rolling action.

Do you have a drawing with dimensions?

I have to make some proper drawings, but here are two I have.

I need to find out the standard width of a 3/4" board and take it from there.
