    Spur gears in Delrin

I need to make several Delrin/Acetal gears for a prototype and then the quantities will go to 50-100. Need quote for both - proto and production.

    1. Larger gear is 64P 112T, face width 1.00", hubless, 1/4" bore
    2. Smaller gear (pinion) is 64P 48T, face width 1.00", 3/8" bore

If 64P is not possible, I can go with a 48P pitch:
    1. Larger gear will be 48P 84T, face width 1.00", hubless, 1/4" bore
    2. Smaller gear is 48P 36T, face width 1.00", 3/8" bore

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for all who responded. Don't need quotes anymore. Is sounds like these gears won't be cost efficient and we will try rollers instead.

check out boston gear and atlanta drive systems. They make plastic gears and may be able to help
