Sponge Roller (Foam Cutters!) RFQ

Hello!

I need a quote for 100 sponge rollers. Please look at the 2 attached jpgs.
one image shows all the rollers removed from the sponge
second image shows the sponge itself.
Sorry for the bad image quality, I can retake it.

These sponge rollers have a length of 40mm
They have an external diameter of 27mm
They have an internal diameter of 9mm

All measurments can be -/+ 1.5mm

The sponge has to be able to withstand a maximum of 60 degrees celsius with average operating temperature around 55 degress celsius.

I can send a sample roller if it is required.
I can also supply dxf drawings if req

Also require postage to the Land of Oz (australia)

One important note

The rollers must not be split. I am not sure how the internal hole will be cut?? especially on a wire type cutter. But I'll leave that to the experts, - hence I am asking for RFQ.
