Seems nobody is equiped for this part

All the quotes coming back nobody can do.

NDA is right here. If you would like to sign it and fax or email it to me that would be great.

Would help if you gave a description of the parts, are they lathe or mill work?

I am not quoting on the job, but a couple of things might help if you can provide it:
- Approximate part size - such as "2 x 2 x 5 inch cube size
- How many axis of machining do you think the part will need to run it?
- Smallest + deepest hole
- Approx finish spec

The great thing about the sintering process you are used to, is the flexibility to not worry about actually machining the parts. That can be a 2 edged sword when it comes to production.

Are your local shops no-bidding the part as well ?
